The 1st song is "HOLD YOUR HEAD" produced by the 2 Hungry Brothers, delivering the message that if we hold our heads through hard times the very unexpected may just come our way, which then leads you directly into the 2nd song "SO FRESH" ft. JKidd produced by Karimbo (Q on the Hook), depicting the lifestyle one can get by holding their head high.

L.I.F.E. LONG, Putting in Work

L.I.F.E. Long (Living in Effect), of the mighty Stronghold crew, Team affiliate and Delinquent Soundz, and Sessions crew member waits patiently for his third album release “Crossing The Globe”, produced by Sweden’s very own Elite Fleet. L.I.F.E. Long and Big Ape have put together a masterpiece including exclusive features by Hip-hop’s finest emcees like Prince Po (Organized Konfusion), U.G.(Cella Dwellas), Rise, Shabaam, Sahdeeq, Breez evah flowin, Swave sevah, Respect tha God, and more. This album is slated to be released Mid-summer.

L.I.F.E. Long also has a fourth album due with Brooklyn producer Black Sparx slated to be released in Fall 09 called “The Waiting Game”, this album describes a tale of artists struggles waiting for there turn to shine, with beats by Black Sparx and rhymes by l.I.F.E. long they are the perfect team and compliment each other similar to Pete rock and C.L. Smooth.

L.I.F.E. Long and Respect have also teamed up and are working on a collaboration effort they are in the Lab with Brooklyn production team ‘The Labrynth”(Dj.Emmo and Dj.
